1. Right of Withdrawal

Ordered goods can be returned in their original packaging within 14 days of the delivery date.

The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

2. Expiration

  • The buyer first registers his return by email: team@upyuu.ch

  • If you return the item without prior notification, we cannot refund the full purchase price.

  • We only accept unused products in their original packaging with all accessories. The products must be free of any dirt and damage (e.g. deodorant or make-up stains). Unfortunately, returns cannot be accepted if these requirements are not met. Further information can be found in our General Terms and Conditions ( GTC ).

  • The original packaging must not be damaged.

  • The buyer makes sure to enclose a copy of the delivery note or the invoice so that we can easily assign the return to the order placed.
